Billing Terms & Conditions

1. Scope & Acceptance

These Billing Terms & Conditions (“Billing Terms”) form part of Anavrin’s Terms of Service and apply to every order placed on byanavrin.com. By confirming a purchase at checkout you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Billing Terms in addition to our Terms of Service and Return & Refund Policy.

2. Pricing & Currency

All prices are displayed in the currency you select via the site’s currency selector; the default currency is USD ($).
Prices include any sales tax that we are legally obliged to collect at the point of sale. Import duties, local taxes, and customs clearance charges (where applicable) are not included and remain the customer’s responsibility.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time. A price change will never affect an order that has already been accepted and paid for.

We do not store full card numbers; payments are processed via PCI-DSS-compliant providers.

4. Order Confirmation & Payment Authorisation

When you click “Pay now” you authorise Anavrin (billing descriptor: “ANAVRIN PTE LTD”) to debit your chosen payment method for the total amount shown, including shipping and any taxes.
A confirmation email containing your order number, itemised charges, and shipping address will be sent immediately after the transaction is approved.

5. Recurring, Deferred & Pre-Order Payments

Certain items are sold on a pre-order or deferred-billing basis; these pages display the notice “This item is a recurring or deferred purchase”. By completing such a checkout you authorise us to charge your payment method at the price(s), frequency, and date(s) shown until the order is fulfilled or you cancel in accordance with our Cancellation Policy.

6. Promotions, Discount Codes & Gift Cards

Promo codes must be entered at checkout and cannot be added retroactively.
Unless expressly stated, only one discount, gift card, or promotion can be used per order.
Discount codes have no cash value and cannot be exchanged or refunded.

7. Sales Tax, VAT & GST

For customers in jurisdictions where we have tax-collection obligations (e.g., the United States, United Kingdom, EU, Australia, Singapore), the appropriate tax is calculated and added at checkout.
If your order ships internationally, the carrier or local customs authority may contact you for payment of import duties or brokerage fees before delivery. These charges are outside our control and non-refundable.

8. Fraud Prevention & Identity Verification

We reserve the right to hold, cancel, or refuse any order that triggers our fraud-screening systems. We may request additional documentation (e.g., a government-issued ID or proof of address) before shipping.

9. Billing Errors & Disputes

If you believe you have been billed incorrectly, please notify info@byanavrin.com within 7 calendar days of the charge appearing on your statement.
Initiating an unsubstantiated chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us may result in your account being suspended and future orders refused.

10. Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method only and will appear within 7-10 business days (timing varies by bank). For details, see our Return & Refund Policy.

11. Changes to These Billing Terms

We may update these Billing Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for legal reasons. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page and, where legally required, give you additional notice.

12. Governing Law

These Billing Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.
