Refunds & Returns

All Anavrin models are quality-checked before shipment. If you encounter any issues with your order, please refer to the details below.

• Refunds: If you're not satisfied with your first package, contact us within 30 days of receipt for a return or exchange. Refunds will be issued minus return shipping and handling. Opened or used items cannot be returned. A 20% restocking fee applies for non-defective returns. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

• Order Cancellation: Cancellations before shipment are subject to a 10% processing fee.

• Defective Items: If a defective part is returned in non-original condition, we may deny the refund and return the item at your expense. If no response is received within 7 days, the item will be recycled.

• Exchanges: We do not offer exchanges. If you ordered the wrong part, place a new order and return the incorrect item within 30 days for a refund.
