Stap drie
Tijd om boeken te maken. Je kunt afbeeldingen van kleine miniatuurboeken afdrukken op papier of karton.

Stap vijf
Plak nu de uitgesneden boekafbeeldingen één voor één op het karton. Knip ze daarna uit volgens hun vorm met een schaar.
Vouw ze langs de vouwlijn van het boek. Maak op deze manier zoveel boeken als je nodig hebt en laat ze drogen.
Stap zes
Op de andere muren (kartonstukken) kun je gedrukt behang plakken, op maat gesneden volgens de afmetingen van het karton. Je kunt een fotolijstje op de linker muur plakken. Knip kleine kartonstukjes en bevestig die aan de muur om een fotolijst te maken. Plak binnen dit lijstje een mooi portret.
In plaats van behang kun je de muren ook gewoon schilderen met acrylverf als je wilt. Dat geeft ook een mooi uiterlijk.
Stap zeven
Dit is de cruciale stap. Het belangrijkste is dat je nu alle onderdelen in elkaar zet. Gebruik lijm om de muren, het dak en de vloer aan elkaar te bevestigen.
Laat het frame drogen. Begin dan met het plaatsen van de boeken. Bevestig de boeken met lijm. Je kunt ze lukraak plaatsen of netjes rangschikken, zoals je wilt.
Stap acht
Maak miniatuurstoelen, lampen, krukjes, enzovoort. Je hebt een goede batterijgevoede LED-lamp nodig voor de lamp. Voeg wat gras of bloemenvaasjes toe aan de voorkant.
Je kunt ook een klein kleedje maken van een stuk stof en dat voor de stoel leggen. Daarnaast kun je wat middeleeuwse tekst op perkamentpapier boven de boekenkast plakken. Dat geeft een esthetisch effect.
