After placing an order, if you change your mind or you place an order by mistake and you want to cancel the order then you will need to follow the following information as stated below.
Before Processing: After we get an order from you, our team will take 1-2 business days to process your order. If your order is not cancelled within a 12 hour time frame from the time you make the purchase with us, our team will not be able to grant any cancellation as it has been processed by our team, and sent to our shipping courier's distribution center.
After Processing Period: Once, our team have sent the items out to your logistics partner, we will not be able to cancel any orders. We will also not be able to grant any address changes as it's not within our control anymore. To change address after the item has been processed and shipped, please await for the tracking number and contact USPS/UPS for address changes before the last mile delivery.
Please do note that any orders that are requested for cancellation before item is being shipped, will be charged a payment processing, restocking & handling fee of 10% of the retail value on the entire order.
