We love the products we make and think you will, too. If you don’t enjoy your first package from Anavrin, let us know so that we can help you return or exchange your products within 14 days of receipt for a refund less return shipping & handling costs.
We basically allow for return:
- Damaged product. (You got a damage goods from the courier)
- Wrong product.
The following Goods cannot be returned:
- You used it.
- You lost the original package.
- Broken or damaged goods.(After Used)
- It passed our return period.
We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. So before send it to us please packaging it again and take some photo before send it to the courier and collect a receipt from the courier.

Please note that we’re not able to accept returns or exchanges for items that have already been open up for usage.
Returned items that are not defective may be charged 20% of the retail value of each product to account for restocking, handling and transaction fees; shipping fees will not be refunded.
Please do note that any orders that are requested for cancellation before item is being shipped, will be charged a payment processing fee of 10% of the retail value on the entire order.

Please note that we're not able to accept returns or exchanges for items that have already been opened up for usage.
Arrangements for a return must be made within 14 days from the date
when the order is received (this isn't when you placed your order, but rather when you received your parcel on hand).
If a defective part was reported and a label piece was sent out to you but it comes back fully functional or damaged, then the charge for the label will be deducted from the refund.
If a return does not come back in the condition it was sent out, a refund may be denied, and your piece may be sent back out to you at your expense. If your part does not qualify for a refund, we will reach out to you, and if there are no responses within 7 days, the piece will be properly recycled.
We do not do exchanges, if you mistakenly ordered the wrong part, we will not do an exchange for it. You may however place a new order for the correct model and request to return the incorrect model back to us within 14 days of receiving it for a refund.
