Returns, Refunds & Build Guarantees

60-Day Returns

You may return any kit purchased directly from ANAVRIN® within 60 days of delivery. Returned kits must be unused, unopened, and in their original sealed packaging.

There are no restocking fees. For change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for return shipping. Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will cover the necessary shipping costs.

To start a return, contact returns@byanavrin.com before sending anything back. Our team will confirm eligibility and provide the correct return instructions.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will refund the amount paid for the returned item to your original payment method. Refunds are processed within 5 business days, although your bank may require additional processing time.

Completion Guarantee

If any part arrives missing, damaged, or defective, we will replace it free of charge. If you accidentally break a part during assembly, we will also provide a free replacement so you can complete your build.

There is no time limit for requesting replacement parts. If an exact part is no longer available, our team will provide the closest practical solution.

First Build Promise

Every kit includes clear visual instructions and the essential materials and tools required for assembly. Step-by-step video guidance and personal build support are also available if you get stuck.

Order Modifications and Cancellations

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to modify or cancel an order. We will assist if the order has not entered fulfilment. Once it has been processed or dispatched, it may no longer be changed or cancelled.
