Return & Refund Policy

Every ANAVRIN® kit is carefully quality checked before shipment. We want you to feel confident ordering with us, and if anything is not right, our team is here to help make it right.

Returns
If you are not fully satisfied with your first order, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. We will do our best to assist and guide you through the next steps. Returned items must be unused and in their original condition. Shipping fees are non refundable. For non defective returns, a 10% restocking fee will apply to cover handling, inspection, and processing.

Order Modifications and Cancellations
If you need to make a change to your order or cancel it before dispatch, please contact us as soon as possible and our team will do our best to assist.

Damaged, defective, missing, or broken parts
If there is any issue with your order upon arrival, please reach out to us. We provide free replacement parts for damaged, defective, or missing pieces. If you accidentally break a part during assembly, we will gladly send replacement parts (free) to help you complete your build with confidence.
