We brachten maanden door met het bestuderen van historische referenties, het met de hand schetsen en zelfs experimenteren met verschillende kleimallen om de exacte kromming te vangen die we hadden gezien op de hanok-daken in Ikseon-dong. Elke kleine tegel in de kit is afzonderlijk ontworpen om precies op zijn plek te passen, net als de originele, en eert zo het geduld en de precisie van de ambachtslieden die ze generaties lang hebben gevormd.
