- Ginzan Onsen (銀山温泉) - Obanazawa, Yamagata Prefecture, Japan - The Ginzan Onsen Book Nook is the latest addition to our motion scene series. The Anavrin team dedicated over 5 months to design, test, and optimize, resulting in the stunning final product you see now. Our inspiration stems from the architectural marvel, Notoya Ryokan. This main structural building, established in 1892 and constructed in 1921 during the Taishō era (1912–1926), has greatly influenced our design.
- First Hand Experience In Japanese Architecture - Inspired from Edo period in Japan, we have successfully mimic and create the miniature versions of Ryokan. Each houses and rooms are filled with traditional sliding doors, tatami flooring, a ring of wooden verandas - anything you imagine'd a Japanese house would be. Coupled with vibrant traditional lamps and lanterns (tōrō, andon and bonbori) which provides a warm and cozy ambience in the room.
- Educational, Engaging & Therapeutic Crafting Activity - The intricate details from our Ginzan Onsen allows you to learn about the architectural and design aspects of an ancient Japanese building. It's may seem daunting and complex but rest assured, our team has ensured simplicity in the building process as the top priority when designing this kit. Take some time off and enjoy a calming and therapeutic crafting experience with our detailed instructional guide with everything you need packed neatly inside for you to get started on immediately!
- The First Moving Feature: Motion Scene - Our Ginzan Onsen consists of 3 buildings; 2 buildings on the sides are cater to onsen baths while the main building facing the front consists rows patrons dining in kaiseki-ryōri. The motion scene will depict waitresses walking around and serving the meals to their respective diners. Dressed in Kimonos, our team wants to bring out the essences of the beautiful traditional clothing of the Japanese culture that is still popular and admired in our modern days.
-
The Second Moving Piece: Moving Water Pipes - Featuring an alternating moving pipes that pumps the water from river to the buildings in Ginzan Onsen. A water pump system that was used back in the days. Our team find it necessary to include these features and systems as it presents a nostalgic take on how the modern world has grown and developed over the years.
*We have two switches cater to each individual functions - 1 switch will be catered specifically for the motion scene in this kit and 1 switch will be catered to the lighting system in this kit.
